There is a WIP PR on the upstream Gitea to compile a list of mirrors of the repo. Please consider to mirror the upstream here as well.

I'm inclined to agree with Perflyst's comment and wait for https://gitea.com/gitea/gitea to exist first. I'm all for mirroring it but I would just rather wait for them to finish migrating first.
