SpyMicroft is spy and spy_v6 host lists and Microsoft is extra and update hosts:

I have added other hosts I've found using Wireshark and tcpdump as well as some common hosts we could find using Windows (Firefox, Nvidia and so on)
The purpose is zero automatic connections using Windows. I strongly recommend LTSC version.
Anyway, Smartscreen could not be blocked and may send some information even we block those connections (go.microsoft.com and others)
