Add XMR-Compass — no-KYC Monero swap directory 

XMR-Compass (https://xmr-compass.org) is a privacy-first comparison tool for no-KYC Monero swaps, P2P exchanges, crypto mixers, and privacy tools.

- No tracking, no ads, no data collection
- Compares services by privacy score, fees, and KYC level
- Available in EN/FR/RU/ZH
- Swiss-based project
- Fully open directory (no affiliation with listed services beyond disclosed affiliate links)

Fits the "Uncategorized" section as a general privacy resource for the crypto community.
