render/vulkan: add Vulkan renderer This new renderer is implemented with the existing wlr_renderer API (which is known to be sub-optimal for some operations). It's not used by default, but users can opt-in by setting WLR_RENDERER=vulkan. The renderer depends on VK_EXT_image_drm_format_modifier and VK_EXT_physical_device_drm. xwayland: add dependency on xwayland Check that the pkg-config file is available. This will be required in the future to check whether xwayland supports features such as -listenfd, -initfd or -verbose. If there's no pkg-config file, check that the Xwayland executable is available. This effectively makes our relationship with xwayland closer to what a dynamic library is: checked at build-time, but can be overridden at run-time.
