refactor: 删除 qBittorrent-ee 应用模板
删除了 qBittorrent-ee应用的多个版本配置文件和文档： - 移除 5.1.0.10 和 latest 版本的 data.yml 和 docker-compose.yml - 删除应用基本信息文件 data.yml - 移除 README.md 文档 此次更改将 qBittorrent-ee 应用从项目中完全移除。
