Update Compass QoL Enhancer to 1.22.0 

- Reveal extra controls on Resources/wikis
- Fix weird bugs with School Documentation
- Fix panelItem.title is undefined bugs on pages like School Documentation
- Ignore masks not directly on the <body> element
