🗑️ chore(moontv): remove moon tv 4.3.0 app configuration

- [Note] the author deleted all tags from the container registry except for latest
- delete data.yml file containing form field configurations for webui port, site name, admin credentials, storage settings, and other app parameters
- delete docker-compose.yml file defining moon tv service with environment variables and network configuration
- completely remove version 4.3.0 of moon tv application from the apps directory
